About the role
As a Business Manager in an online market delivery company, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. Ideally, you would be passionate about selling and growing businesses. You should understand what it takes to implement strategies and achieve sustained success.
Discover, design and implement sales strategies that will increase revenue and exceed sales expectations on set quotas
Identify new partnerships across different groups (demographics, industries, end users, etc)
Maintain ongoing relationships with partners and customers.
Track and report on key metrics for sales across multiple channels (offline + online)
Provide weekly feedback on all sales activities to the management team
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity and minimize inefficiencies.

2+ years experience working in a similar role with a proven track record
Excellent planning and executing skills
Good communication skills
Good understanding of business development (including sales and marketing techniques)
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a similar field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Self-starter who is able to work independently
